Question

I have a note from the purchaser on a piece of property. Now he cannot pay the balloon note which is coming due. He has already paid in approximately $1 million.

If he defaults on the note, and I resell the property do I owe him for the monies he has already paid?

Answer

Without reviewing the terms of this note, I don't see how a credible

answer could be provided to this question.
