Question

What can you do if a public defender is filing guilty for someone who has told this public defender repeatedly he doesn't want to plead guilty without filing for ineffient counsel?

Answer

You need to tell the judge that you do not want this lawyer working on your case. They may give you a court appointed attorney instead.
