My son retired and lives in Okinawa he has left his 2006 Nissan Pathfinder with me for 8 years and now he will not give me the title which was registered in N.C. so I can register it. I know he does not want it but will not answer me when I ask for it. I am in Florida and do not have his address the only contact I have with him is through Facebook and he will not answer when I ask for it. So it sits in my yard. I do not want to get rid of it but keep it and register it in my name. What can I do? I tried calling N.C. and they said he has to register it. Any help you can give is appreciated Kim

You cannot just register it without a bill of sale from him.
