What is more important for a business leader honesty power money and advance thinking?
First honesty. For if people do not trust a person they will never see him as their leader.
Advanced thinking (or I would call it a vision of the future) is key because in order to lead a person must know where they are leading to. A great vision gets people excited about being a part and contributing to the total success.
Money and power are interchangeable (given either, you can get the other). This is required but a good leader may be aboe to start with out either and achieve them by selling people on their vision so that they want to bet their money on that vision.
