I have an 11 year old grandson that I have not see since Christmas. I have been part of his life since birth but this last year his mother, who is not with my son, has not been answering my emails regarding seeing him and I have not been able to see him very often. What are my rights as his grandmother? Can I take her to court or not? I miss him.....

Does you sign get to see his son? You say you have part of the child's life since birth but did the child ever live with you? where does the child a mother live.?
