An organization should have a current and up to date SWOT analysisdone in order to determine what opportunities and threats are inthe market and what possibilities may arise. Thus, successfulorganizations respond to opportunities by acting on them andgaining market share before others. They respond to threats bydeveloping cutting edge ideas and marketing plans that will be sureto keep them profitable and in business.
