I dont like my last place of employment. My current company would like to partner with them....is there anything I can do to prevent my company from disclosing my current employment with the older company they are partnering with?

No, unless your employers choose to not disclose it (and asking them might raise a red flag). All you can and should do is be the best employee you can be in your current job.
