How do you become good accountant?
Experience and enthusiasm for what you are doing, as would be the case in any profession.
But with 30 years experience in the field, I would personally say to anyone considering it as a career option that ;
"They don't give nobel peace prizes for Accounting, so dont expect to find it rewarding. "
