How do you obtain a tattoo license in Virginia?
From what I've researched...you don't need a licence you just need to certified by the health dept of blood bourne diseases, hygene, sanitation etc... the only thing illegal is to tattoo or pierce under 18. I'm still researching this so if I get something diff I come back to update...
