I need to file a court order "show cause" against my ex wife for money she was court ordered by Judge to pay me.

what's called a "Rule to Show Cause" (as to why the defendant party
should not be found in contempt and subject to sanctions) which is
normally filed in the circuit court in which the final decree of divorce
