Salaries of a caterer?
It all depends on what state you live in, how well you market yourself, who you market to, and how many events you book. Generally caterers charge 3x the food costs for an event. Subtract the cost of equipment and money paid to assistants (if you have any). Obviously the fancier the food is that you prepare and the bigger the event is, the more money you will make.
