What brands of shoes are made in America?

What brands of shoes are made in America?
As far as I know, Redwings and Wesco boots are made in USA. It would be nice if somebody could post other non-work boots.
For men, Wolverine 1,000 mile boots are American made. New Balance athletic shoes - some are American made. Alan Edmunds is American made and make a dress shoe. There are some small shops in new York City that make American made shoes as well, but are quite expensive - check out Freeman Sporting Club and Rag & Bone.
