Why are there no Starbucks in Norway?
The only thing stopping them is the huge bureaucracy of the Norwegian government and all the red tape they make you go through to start a business here. It's EXTREMELY expensive, but Starbucks will find out that people pay upwards of $7 for small lattes here in Norway, so they can do the same.
