I was pulled over for failing to yield to traffic, my cars transmission slipped hard, I was very high probably smoked a ton of pot before I got pulled over, he smelled pot, I told him id smoked a few hours before, he arrested me, then he asked the passanger(whos name isnt on the title or anything) could he search my car? she agreed and he did is that legal for a passanger to concent in georgia? after that a joint was found outside the car in my girlfriends pocketbook,(my girlfriend being the passanger who submitted.also I was refused a choice of which drug test urine/blood I could take is that legal also?
