A 15 year old girl and an 18 year old man are having a child, very soon. He works and lives with his mom and she will be staying at home with her parents. Since the juvenile is still under the care, protection, and provisions of her parents and legally she isn't of age to do much...can the juveniles parents go after the adult male for child support?
