I was pulled over in my neighborhood today by a sheriff going the opposite direction as I. I asked why I was being pulled over he said I was speeding and I asked how fast was i going he said 40 but i was driving 30. I asked him if he got that from a radar gun and could I see it? He said he did and NO I could not see it. Is this llegal, now it is his word against mine and I have a cdl license.
