If I sue a Medical Clinic for Medical Malpractice, and I had to go, afterwards to a Hospital ER to have my medical diagnosis fixed (in both, my MEDICARE Insurance covered) , and I receive a settlement from the 1st Medical Clinic, does MEDICARE collect a percentage from the settlement because MEDICARE payed the Hospital ER's bills due to the Medical Negligence/Malpractice of the 1st Medical Clinic? ....or can MEDICARE sue the 1st Medical Clinic to collect on their own?
