May I name two people as my agent in a POA for the Care of Children ex: "Jan Smith or John Smith" or should I execute two individual POAs? Thank you!

If you name 2 people or execute 2 documents, you run the risk of them disagreeing in the future. I think the best option is to name one person to be the attorney in fact for the child and then if that person is unable to serve, name the second person to replace the first.
