A family friend brokered a deal for a car between myself and a third party. He payed for the car but he is not on the bill of sale or the title with an understanding I would out a payment plan in the near future. Now he has grown impatient and is demanding the car back or he'll report it stolen. Where do I stand and what are my right? We are in Georgia.
