Definition of NCM fiscal classification?
NCM is the harmonized tariff schedule related to international commerce within Mercosul, the south American common market (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay) . It is used since 1995 to simplify the customs control over all types of goods, and is based on the HS (Harmonized System).
