Does saying you lose consciousness due to high anxiety prevent you from getting your driver's licence or jobs?
It could anytime you are at risk of passing out while operating a motor vehicle or heavy machinery you could be considered a dangerous to yourself or others. I think it depends on how serious your condition is and what doctors have to say about it.
