Im being charged $465 under the code HS 11357(B) which states that I cannot be charged more than $100, I went before my court date to see if it was an error after being told it was not she said I would have to bring it up to the judge on my court date, how would I do that?

The $100 is your fine. You have to pay $465 for other services and penalty assessments as a result of your conviction. There are statutes that were passed that state those assessments and enhancements get imposed. If you look at the sentencing form carefully, each of those code sections should be on there.
