4. Do you intend to ever occupy it, or just rent it out as an investment?
5. So many more questions need to be asked and answered before any help could be given.
That being said, US housing prices remain somewhat depressed compared to pre-2008, so there are still some decent 'bargains' depending on various factors. But absentee ownership is almost always a problem.
