How can I find out if my ex-husband Dennis Joseph Charlebois is married to Joann DiGiuseppe? I have an OSC for Contempt case coming up and I would be able to include her income to determine my spousal support amount

You can check with the county clerk. However as a general rule a spouse's income is not considered when determining support. If you think this is a special case you should talk to a family law attorney.

You cannot use a new spouse's income to determine your support. Mr. Shapiro is wrong that can even be used in special cases.
