How do i protect myself from a potential child custody case with a pending dna test.

You cannot prevent anyone from suing at any time for any reason. If you are sued, you must defend yourself. If it is an unfounded lawsuit, the judge will dismiss it.

If a lawsuit is filed regarding you being a child's father then file an Answer & ask for DNA testing. If you don't ask for DNA testing at the very beginning of the case you waive the right to ask for it later.
