Staffing is planning of manpower resources which includes their procurment,recruitment,selection,training and development,promotion or performance appraisel,compensation,and retirement.As manpower resource is very essential for the working of a business concern so their proper management is also require for the smooth working environment. Now a days, every company treat human resource as its asset because without them company cannot run so they invest on them by proper investments on them like training ,hassle free working environment and other facilities which motivates the employees to perform their job with enthusiasm and zeal which helps the organization to achieve the desired goals.
