Raphael Soriano Katoto Katebe was born September 29, 1944 in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is an industrialist and his company Gecamines - General Society of Quarries and Mines, transports minerals between Lubumbashi and Tanzania. There is no documented evidence to show that he is one of the richest men in Africa.
