How relevant is the evolution of management theories in modern day organizations?
Management theories remain relatively consistent through the testof time. The social behaviors of people do not change toodrastically despite years passing by. However, with the emergenceof generation y into the working field and with social mediabooming it has become necessary to revamp some of the managementstyles within modern day organizations. Nothing too drastic, butsince new roles are being developed, new management styles areneeded to oversee these new roles (such as social media etc.)
