I sold a 1994 car with a 185000 miles on it on June 27 for $700. 34 days later the people called me saying they want their money back saying that the car has problems. Now they are taking me to small claims court in September. So they will have had the car for 70 days. The signed a bill of sale saying the car is "AS IS" Can the possibly win something like this in court?

No (in my opinion), not unless as the seller you lied about or misrepresented the condition of this vehicle to these buyers.
