How do I state on my resume that I have been a mom for the past 11 years but I have also done a great deal of volunteer work in my community and children's school?

How do I state on my resume that I have been a mom for the past 11 years but I have also done a great deal of volunteer work in my community and children's school?
I'm in kind of the same situation, returning to work after raising a family for 24 years. I found the best place to put that was in the Objective part. I said something like: To return to the workforce after 24 years raising a family and maintaining a household. Then, in the Skills portion, I added such things as scheduling, budgeting, volunteering with reading, tutoring, blah blah blah. I have only been at this a short while and hopefully it will at least inspire a potential employer to call me for an interview. Good luck to you. I hope this helped.
