There was someone arrested for child abuse, drugs and drug paraphernalia. The bail was 4,000, 500 and 500. They've been in jail almost two weeks now. The arraignment hasn't happened yet but now it says zero by the child abuse and drugs and 500 for the paraphernalia. Does that mean the child abuse and drugs are being dropped and they're only being charged with paraphernalia?
