Someone hit my vehicle with a company car and fled the scene. I followed him & got the liscense plate # & he was convicted for hit & run. While in court they asked what did I want to happen to him & i advised that I just wanted my car fixed. Never recv. a response from anyone so I turned to the insurance company in which they are telling me that their client said that I am the one that hit his car which is untrue. If I was the one who hit him then why did he leave the scence & why did he get a ticket & jail time and not me

company in the lawsuit which owns the car which struck your car.
