Blue cross will not pay a claim. they say I should not have been admitted to the Hospital. 2 doctors said I did. Any options?

Appeal. Your explanation of benefits (EOB) form should describe how you appeal. If not there, look to the benefits booklet for your policy. Appeal and obtain any medical records or statements from your doctors detailing your condition and explaining why hospitalization was necessary. Ask Blue Cross to reconsider your claim in light of the new evidence.
