My wife filed for a uncontested divorce and I agreed. The court date for the divorce was cancelled. Now her and her attorney are not scheduling a new date, What can I do to get a new court date. It has been 3 months

Schedule your court date. Sometimes this is done through the judge's office, sometimes this is done through the clerk's office, and sometimes this is done through a special court room calendar person. You'll have to find out how it's done in your jurisdiction.
