Should you apply for your supervisor's position?
Yes. It is commonplace to back stab each other in the workplace when it comes to advancement in your own employment/career.
Why wouldn't you apply for your supervisor's position? Are you in love with your supervisor? Or do you just think you are not qualified enough to handle your supervisor's responsibilities?
