I lost a credit card judgement I fought in court ( Pro/se ) to 3rd party credit card collectors , I have set up a payment settlement to pay off the Debt under a new settlement contract with them , Can I offset and discharge the amount due using HJR 192 ( Statute 48 ,48 112 ) ?
