My Auntie is set to be shipped to Quake in January. She's previously done a tour in Iraq for four years. Now she only has two year until. My question is their any legal dilemma with shipping her off so closes to retirement? She's in the national guard.
Answer
If she is subject to being called for active duty for two more years, there is no "dilemma". She is obligated to complete her service.
