This in referance to a defective product. How do I release the seller (RV dealer) from responsability in any actions while persuing action against manufacturer of a defective RV?

Why in the world would you want to do that? You may be jeopardizing your case against the MFR by doing what you are proposing. If you have a real case, then hire a consumer attorney to handle it. RV cases are serious business, often involving several entities. This is not something that you should be trying to do yourself.
