I violated my probation by not fulfilling legal requirements. I do not wish to reinstate because I know I will not be able to satisfy financial requirements. What's my next best move?

Get a lawyer and see if they can work out the best deal for you that doesn't involve probation. It will probably include some sort of jail, but it does avoid probation, and your lawyer gives you the best chance to get the lowest possible sentence.
