I own a two family Home in CT, and would like to have quarterly pest control in both apartments. Am I allowed to do this, or are the tenants allowed to refuse?

More information is needed, do you have a lease agreement? If so, what is in the lease agreement? It may be in your best interest to have the agreement, if such exists, reviewed by an attorney.
