Question

My ex girlfriend and I have an partial agreement through mediation currently in effect involving time-sharing. The first day she was supposed to exchange our daughter with me, she violated the agreement by not allowing me to get my daughter. What can be done for her violating a temporary mediation agreement in Duval County?

Answer

Would have to read the mediation agreement and and order of the court to answer properly.

Answer

go to court file for contempt and to enforce your rights.

Use of a lawyer is recommended.
