What is international developoment?
International development would have to start by implementing the LaRouche Plan: The four powers of Russia, China, India and a constitution-principled USA cooperating to put the bankrupt global financial system into bankruptcy reorganisation, cancelling derivatives and returning to Glass-Steigal standard of banking and a global 'credit' system. Fixed exchange rates, currency controls, long term treaty agreements for trade and national banking involving a community of sovereign nation states who agree to peace through raising the standard of living by increasing the productive powers of labour. Physical economic development, for example, building the long proposed Beiring Strait tunnel from Russia to Alaska and the Eurasian Landbridge of high speed rail (mag-lev) corridors of thousands of km of infrastructure (water projects, nuclear power plants, gas pipelines, canals, highways) connecting Europe, Africa, Asia with the Americas!
