I got a DUI in California in October, I was planning on moving out of state for work in January but haven't been able to because if my court date. Will I still be able to move or will I have to complete the DUI classes that California requires before I do.

If you have an attorney and the DUI is a misdemeanor your attorney can appear for you and you don't have to personally be in court. Depending on the court, you may never have to appear in court personally and all proceedings can be done through your attorney. Talk to an attorney to get the specifics about the county that your case will be heard.
