I purchased Propane from heritage gas company and I did not receive the gas or propane from them they ask for my checking account number I gave it to them they took the money and did not give me Propane they sent a worker out to check tank and he says there's nothing that he can do for me but took my money and did not give me Propane

It sounds like you're owed a refund. If you have to due to get it, you can ask that the Court costs be added to the judgment. You might be able to bring this as a small claims case.
